We accept returns for products purchased directly from iprintzone.com under the following conditions:
- Return Window: You must initiate a return request within 14 calendar days from the date of product delivery.
- Product Condition: The item must be returned in new, unused, and original condition, complete with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Return Reason: We accept returns for non-defective products that you simply wish to return, provided all conditions are met.
Please note that we currently ship within India only, and this policy applies exclusively to orders delivered within India.
3. Conditions for a Valid Return
For a return to be successfully processed, the item you are returning must meet all of these criteria:
- The product is in its original, sealed, and unused condition.
- The product has no signs of wear and tear, including any marks, scratches, or damage to the pages, cover, or binding.
- All original packaging, including the box and any protective wrapping, must be intact.
- The original invoice or proof of purchase is required.
4. How to Initiate a Return

- Ship the Item: Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for shipping the item back to our facility at the address provided by our team. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refund Process and Timelines
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival and condition.
- Inspection: If the product is found to be in a new and unused condition as per our policy, we will process your refund.
- Refund Method: The refund will be processed to the original method of payment (e.g., credit card, bank account) used for the purchase.

- Non-Defective Items: For a standard return of a non-defective product, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

8. Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect every product before it leaves our facility. However, in the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery).
- Evidence: Please take clear photos or a short video of the damaged or defective item and its packaging.
- Resolution: We will work with you to offer a suitable resolution, which may include a full refund or a replacement of the product at no additional cost to you, including free return shipping for the defective item.
