No Return for Customized Printing Products

At iPrintZone, we take pride in offering personalized and customized printing solutions tailored to your unique requirements. As such, once you confirm your designs before printing, we do not accept returns for customized printing products.

Before proceeding with printing, we confirm all design specifications with our customers via email or WhatsApp. This confirmation step allows you to review and approve the final design, ensuring that it meets your expectations.

Once you’ve confirmed your design and the printing process has commenced, we are unable to accommodate returns or refunds. Each customized printing product is created specifically for you based on your approved design, making it unique and non-returnable.

We encourage you to carefully review your design proofs before giving your final approval. If you have any concerns or require modifications to your design, please let us know during the confirmation process, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund for the affected items.
Incorrect or Incomplete Orders: In the event that you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please notify us immediately. We’ll work swiftly to rectify the error and ensure you receive the correct items as soon as possible.
Return Process

Packaging:

Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely protected for transit.

Return Shipment:

Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service. Please include the return authorization number (RAN) on the package.
